Volume 7: Episodes 19-21 of the series:

Episode 19: Chris, Drew, and Max discuss Monroe County Government issues with respect to their campaigns for County Legislator.  Topics include campaign finance, labor unions, local development corporations (LDC's), concealed carry in parks, and splitting the Monroe County Sales Tax jurisdiction.

Episode 20: Max interviews Chris from the LPNY State Convention.  Topics include LPNY issues and officer elections, Chris' candidacy for US Senate, the National Defense Authorization Act, Congressional declarations of war, the National Firearms Act, the Gun Control Act, War on Drugs/Alcohol Prohibition, Fast and Furious, national pistol license reciprocity, and a lightning round on fiscal issues.

Episode 21: Max interviews Chris about his campaign for US Senate.  Topics include national pistol license reciprocity (HR 822 vs. HR 2900), concealed carry in parks, and suggested constitutional amendments.


Volume 6: Episodes 16-18 of the series:

Episode 16: Chris interviews Max about his campaign for Monroe County Legislator.  Topics include the budget, employee compensation and fringe benefits, the Morin-Ryan Sales Tax Sharing Agreement, small business and jobs, "victim disarmament zones" in parks, and Alcohol WithOut Liquid (AWOL) machines.

Episode 17: Chris interviews Drew Beeman about his campaign for Monroe County Legislator.  Topics include same sex marriage, cutting spending, concealed carry in parks, cannabis prohibition, privacy, charity, government scandals, and the Greater Rochester Libertarian Party in general.

Episode 18: Chris and Max discuss campaigns for Monroe County Legislator.  Topics include Constituted Political Party vs. Independent Nominating Body and the discrepancy in petitioning requirements for each, redistricting, the budget, labor unions, welfare reform, the Morin-Ryan Sales Tax Sharing Agreement, economic justice, and campaign finance.


Volume 5: Episodes 13-15 of the series:

Episode 13: Chris and Max discuss the Bill to require the "temporary" surrender of firearms of people committed for a mental health exam (including its potential arbitrary enforcement) and ATF Form 4473.

Episode 14: Max interviews Chris about his campaign for Monroe County Legislator.  Topics include spending, labor unions, federal mandates, same sex spousal benefits, drug forfeiture, and petitioning.

Episode 15: Chris and Max discuss the Bill to require pistol license expiration (including bureaucratic delays under the current system), the Bill to require a proficiency exam for pistol licenses, and the Bill to require liability insurance for pistol licensees.


Volume 4: Episodes 10-12 of the series:

Episode 10: Chris Edes and Max Kessler discuss Introductory 21, a Bill to ease restrictions on shooting ranges in Rochester. Topics include: restrictions on shooting range locations; noise pollution; ventillation; security.

Episode 11: Chris Edes interviews Jo Meleca-Voigt of Marriage Equality New York about legalizing same-sex marriage in New York. Topics include: legally defined "rights" afforded to married couples; state mandated perjury; recent public opinion poll.

Episode 12: Chris Edes and Max Kessler discuss Bills in the State Legislature that would impose fascist burdens on sales and possession of ammunition. Topics include: coded ammunition; armor piercing, frangible, and devastator ammunition; and licenses for ammunition sales.


Volume 3: Episodes 7-9 of the series.

Episode 7: On Tuesday, January 25, 2011 sportsmen from around New York gathered in Albany to lobby for pro-gun and against anti-gun legislation.  Freedom Roc's was there to cover it.  Note: This episode is a director's cut with footage not seen on TV or YouTube.

Episode 8: Chris and Max discuss proposed State legislation to prohibit so-called, "child operated firearms."

Episode 9: Chris and Max discuss proposed State legislation to mandate safe firearm storage.


Volume 2: Episodes 4-6 of the series.

Episode 4: Max Kessler interviews Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Warren Redlich.  Topics include government waste, the Second Amendment, the War on Drugs, and Redlich's opponents.

Episode 5: With election season over we decided to have some fun with Xtranormal this week and next.  This episode features parody debates between a liberal and a libertarian.  Topics include concealed carry, taxation, civil liberties, and environmentalism.

Episode 6: This episode features parody debates between a conservative and a libertarian.  Topics include the War on Drugs, separation of church and state, civil liberties, and same-sex marriage.


Volume 1: Episodes 1-3 of the series.

Episode 1: Max Kessler introduces the show then presents 2010 Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Warren Redlich's speech and Q&A session from the LPNY State Convention.

Episode 2: Max Kessler interviews GRLP chairman and LPNY past-chairman Chris Edes about the statewide slate of Libertarian candidates and some of their opponents.

Episode 3: Chris Edes interviews far-left Democratic candidate for NY State Senate, Robin Wilt, about her campaign against near-left Republican incumbent Senator Joe Robach.  Robach was invited, but we were unable to get in touch with him.
