I've said it before and I'll say it again.  When George Orwell penned the novel 1984, he got two things wrong.  One was the year.  The other was his overwhelming sense of optimism.

[John Ashcroft, Alberto Gonzales, Eric Holder]

According to news reports like this, this, this, this, this, and this, Eric Holder and company are continuing the same totalitarian data mining as Holder's predecessors under the Bush Regime.  The funny thing is, I seem to recall a certain charismatic presidential candidate promising to be the, "most transparent administration in history."

Just in case you have forgotten:

"Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

At this point, I would like to take this opportunity to invite these gentlemen and their minions to get the f— out of my country.
